Because each one of our massages are customized to help you reach your individual wellness goals, please arrive between 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time so your massage therapist can discuss your goals for the session.
BOOKING POLICIES
CANCELLATION
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to allow us the opportunity to rebook your appointment slot. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 100% of the amount of your missed appointment.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the gift certificate or voucher's total value.
LATE ARRIVAL
Because each one of our massages are customized to help you reach your individual wellness goals, please arrive between 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time so your massage therapist can discuss your goals for the session.
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment please call us immediately at 504-833-1100.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to the therapist and fellow clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
NO SHOW
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment or reschedule 24 hours in advance will result in 100% of the scheduled appointment's service fee to be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the gift certificate or voucher's total value.
